Refund policy
Returns
Thank you for shopping at A Touch of Magnolia Boutique!
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date (online), or purchase date (in store purchase). If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot issue refunds.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, or with original boutique hang tag if not sold in a package.
- Order number or receipt must be presented for return.
- Only regular priced items may be returned. Clearance items are final sale, and are not eligible for return.
- Holiday items cannot be refunded within one week prior to the holiday.
Exempt Goods:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift Cards
- Clearance Items
- Tights or socks if removed from original packaging.
- Hair bows, necklaces, bracelets, wristlets, earrings, pens.
- Holiday Items (cannot be returned within one week prior to the holiday).
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product and packing slip to: 1052 N. Shoop Ave, Wauseon OH 43567
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions:
Although we do our best to inspect items, occasionally, you may receive a defective item. If you feel that you should be eligible for refund of a defective item, send a picture and a description of the defect along with your order number to: atouchofmagnoliaboutique@gmail.com If these steps are followed, we do not require physical return of a defective item.
